"The Hidden Areas" Mission
“THA”95 is an acronym for The Hidden Areas and was birthed out of a heart of compassion for community involvement and our desire to provide personal support that increases confidence. When we researched community awareness campaigns we realized the primary focus is often on areas that can be seen. We wanted our support to be of a personal nature that is private and personal. If we can build confidence in an area that’s private, we believe it will also lead to internal confidence. So we decided to address The Hidden Areas that are often overlooked…. relating to personal and private hygiene. We experience a different level of confidence when we have clean, fresh and well made undergarments that are comfortable and supportive.
In Honor Of Bernice Moore
THA95 is in honor of Dr. Terresa’s grandmother, Bernice Moore, who passed away on December 31, 2019 at the age of 95. Bernice was a homemaker who never worked outside of the home; never had a drivers license; beat breast and liver cancer and was a true matriarch with an incredible history. A true fashionista, her daughters and grand daughters often discussed how she was so fashion forward; her underwear always matched. Bernice was widowed at the young age of 45 but continued making matriarchal impact assisting with raising grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was instrumental in establishing several social clubs in her community over a span of more than 30 years.
